A multi purpose Starlink wall mounting kit, suitable for site huts & fences, Atco structures & more 

The SpaceTek Atco Wall Mount kit for Starlink Gen 3 (V4) is purpose-built for installation onto composite wall systems such as cool room panels, Atco style demountables, site huts, and mining accommodation buildings including Colorbond fences or Colorbond cladded structures.

It provides a strong, stable mounting solution without needing to penetrate roof structures or locate internal timber or steel framing, which is often missing in insulated panel construction or certain types of demountable strucutres.

This wall mount uses a compression-style fixing system that clamps securely onto panels up to 100mm thick, distributing wind and structural forces evenly across the panel surface. With a full 1 metre mounting pole and adapter, it provides approximately 300mm of elevation from the mounting arm to the terminal, ensuring improved clearance and reliable sky visibility for your Gen 3 terminal.

• 1 x Gen 3 (V4), Aluminium Pole Adator & Grub Screws -

  • Choice of Standard Duty (cast) or Heavy Duty (machined aluminium from billet) Pole Adaptor.  

  • Choose heavy duty where strong wind and/or environmental conditions require additional strength.  

• 2 x Aluminium Wall Mount Brackets 

  • Choice of Standard Duty (shorter) or Heavy Duty (longer) wall brackets (see photos).  

• 4 x Aluminium Wall Mount Spacers

• 1 x Aluminium Pole Mast 1m in Length

• Generic Fastener Pack (please check suitability for your specific install)

Installation Overview

1. Position the mount vertically on the chosen section of the wall panel.

2. Mark and drill holes through the panel according to the mount’s pickup points.

3. Insert the 120mm bolts through the panel.

4. Fit the large square washers on the opposite side to distribute compression forces.

5. Tighten the bolts evenly to clamp the mount securely to the panel.

6. Attach the Starlink Gen 3 terminal to the top mounting pole with the adaptor.

7. Confirm elevation and alignment before final tightening.

Important Notes

⚠️ Do not overtighten bolts – excessive compression can dent or deform insulated panels.
⚠️ Always ensure the panel is free of electrical wiring before drilling.
