Starlink Mini in-motion vehicle mount for roof racks, trays and removable installs

Mount your Starlink Mini securely to a suitable vehicle surface with a low-profile, powder-coated aluminium base and precision-machined nylon side rails. The mount is designed for mobile vehicle use, helping hold the terminal in position while reducing vibration exposure on the move.

The pre-drilled base suits common roof-rack and platform mounting layouts, or it can be paired with Spacetek rubber-coated rare-earth magnets for removable setups where the vehicle surface and operating conditions are suitable.

Structural components are fabricated using precision machining and forming processes — not 3D printed or injection moulded — for consistent strength and long-term reliability in demanding environments including sun, wind, salt and vibration exposure.

For removable installations, pair this mount with our extra large rubber-coated rare-earth magnets.

What is included?

• 1 x powder-coated aluminium mounting base plate in your choice of black or white
• 2 x CNC-machined nylon side rails
• 1 x fastener pack for securing the rails to the base plate

💡 Tip: Vehicle, roof-rack or platform mounting hardware is not included. Follow your rack or vehicle manufacturer's recommendations for securing accessories to your roof racks or mounting surface.

We also sell a 25mm T-Nut set, but please check suitability for your own rack system as 25mm hardware may not suit every rack model.

Installation overview

1. Select a structurally sound vehicle surface capable of handling wind and vibration loads.
2. Position the mount to maintain an unobstructed sky view and safe cable routing.
3. Mark and drill mounting holes, or use suitable magnets or T-nuts for compatible roof-rack installations.
4. Secure the base using rated fasteners suitable for the vehicle structure.
5. Place the rails into the base plate with the recessed side facing inwards, where the Starlink Mini will sit.
6. Connect the cable to the Starlink Mini before inserting the terminal into one side of the rails, then press it firmly into the second rail.
7. Line up all bolts, confirm clean fitment, then tighten all fasteners.
